It could very well be, but the Secret Service stopped it before it got to that point. I would use the word "possible".

Because I dare to ask what makes it an "attack"? I should be shamed for asking a question I guess. Never question the phrasing?

I'll ask again.

What makes it an "attack"?

So you feel the need to taunt.

I agree, it could be a "possible" or "potential" attack.

Now, what makes rushing a stage an "attack"?

Do you really believe the animal rights activists were intent on doing physical harm to Bernie?

Anyone rushing a stage like this has to be viewed as potential attackers, because no one knows what their intentions are or could be.

22. Maybe the analogy
Tue May 31, 2016, 12:06 AM
May 2016

...is that Bernie Sanders has a 100% NAACP record, but BLM taking the stage in Seattle last year got him to talk more about police accountability.

The difference is that Sanders has the Secret Service now and didn't last year at that time, and so the animal rights protesters couldn't take the stage today in Oakland.

They wouldn't eat a fish or physically attack a presidential candidate.

But it was stupid of them to jump the barricades because the Secret Service couldn't know that.

If not, the Secret Service really let him down there. One punch to the head of a guy that age could have awful consequences. And they were easily close enough to punch him.
