1. No. It would be a terrible thing for the party if she were indicted -

even if she should be. I don't think she will be, though, because she's Hillary.

13. The "indictment" scenario is just a framing device. She will be found to have violated law, but DOJ

decides whether to indict, not the FBI. The question is, if she's found to have committed crimes, should the party leaders allow her to continue to run for President? Good idea?

If there isn't then the last thing I'd want is for her to be indicted. Hopes and wishes don't figure into it.

If her actions warrant an indictment, then I hope she is indicted, charged and tried, as I would hope the same for the average citizen.

But, I hope she is not indicted. It would not be good for the party. It would be quite the mess.

14. "Unindicted" is a lame campaign slogan.

A candidate getting indicted, however, would be a disastrous thing for the party, whether or not the case were solid. Hell, as we saw in 2000, bad judgment doesn't have to have been officially declared criminal to tip an election.
