President Barack Obama and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney argue that America is at a crossroads, with stark choices, in this presidential election. We strongly agree.
The nation must overcome great challenges as we continue to recover from the economic meltdown of 2008. Our country faces complicated choices on taxes, health care, Medicare, Social Security, immigration, the national debt and in foreign affairs, such as the nuclear threat in Iran and our relationship with fledgling democracies in the Middle East and with growing world powers, particularly China.
Barack Obama is better qualified to meet these challenges. We strongly endorse his re-election.
