Before in your lives. Networks call lots of states as soon as the polls close if the exit polls show a wide margin. They did so for Bernie in WA and ID, among others. They called MN for Bernie while I was still caucusing.

Bernie supporters, Hillary has won ZERO primary states. ALL of them were either rigged for her or stolen by her per the DNC.
