One of the prisoners shown was white and one was black.

Personally, I am surprised a state would have their prisoners anywhere near the vote counting, much less bringing in the votes to be counted.

Regardless of race, wealth, or geographical location. It just seems surprising.

11. Not to me. I'm originally from Georgia and there's a very real Prison Industrial Complex in that

state. It's quite disgusting, but it makes millions particularly for Republican government officials while their rank in file voters remain poor, voting against their own best interests. It's very sad.
