A line I hope Hillary will use during a debate with Trump:

I can't understand why Trump's birtherism isn't a major issue undermining his credibility. Ridiculing his obsession with the president's birth certificate sure got him steamed during the National Press Club Dinner. It seems to me worth a try to get him to defend his years long "quest" that ended in such a humiliating smack down.

There's no upside for him to debate her. He has the heart of a bully -- i.e., he's a coward -- and that will override his ego.
