Comey DESPISES the Clintons.

He wanted to twist the knife as much as possible even though he knew damned well and good no laws were broken, which is why the asshole picked the first morning after a holiday weekend for his statement.

He is hoping for a slow news week to keep the fake scandal alive because he knew damned well and good there was nothing he could do.

Which is entirely why Comey did this today. If he was "in the bag", as the wingnuts of FreakRepuking and the moonbats of Jackass Laughables claim, he would have either waited until Friday or would have dropped this statement last Friday afternoon.

He has lots of agendas.

It's amazing to me that 'bloggers' who heap praise and reverence on Manning, Assange and Snowden have such a hypocritical double standard when it comes to Hillary - who may take issue with Comey on some of his claims.
