Not sure why CNN is holding out. I do like their coverage, though. Carville is giddy. Ready to call FL.

at the moment, depending on how updated your counts are, romney is winning the vote in wisconsin. that being said, dane county (madison) and milwaukee are barely reporting their counts. those are strong, strong blue areas. it's very safe to say wisconsin is in the president's camp, but i suppose they want to wait until dane and milwaukee get their counting done up.
