so angry at people like Chris Hedges who don't seem to realize that in a winner-take-all 2-party system with no run-off voting, a third-party vote is really a vote against the better candidate.

We have so many liberal justices at a point where they cannot possibly serve long enough to get past a Republican's term--especially if a Republican had won this year and also in 2016.

Whoever won this year's election was going to appoint at least one, and possibly as many as three USSC justices. I couldn't believe that people who supposedly are politically attentive and aware would not see how important it was to make sure that Money Boo Boo and his owners did not get their hands on those appointments!

In many ways the USSC has even more impact than the president. After all, it wasthe Citizens United decision that so contaminated this election. SInce they serve for life and can't be gotten rid of, a USSC justice can impact our public policy for an entire generation!
