But if he does want to make a concession speech, here it is.

1- Say "I just called my opponent and we had a good cordial conversation"
2- Acknowledge it is over
3- Sympathize with the crowd
4- Thank everyone for their work
5- Reiterate a few of the things you believe in and talk about how you think your policies will still control even though the voters repudiated that.
6- Say God bless America.
