2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumRasmussen throwing in towel??
http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/obama_administration/daily_presidential_tracking_pollThis race was very likely the last presidential election of the telephone polling era. While the industry did an excellent job of projecting last nights election, entirely new techniques will need to be developed before 2016. The central issue is that phone polling worked for decades because that was how people communicated. In the 21st century, that is no longer true.
NOW this fucker tells us..
LOL!!!

to oversample Republicans. Even though they are wrong, the repubs, will continue to follow them.

it seemed to work for other pollsters.

And they were the most accurate pollster out there.

Lol, nice try Scotty. Phone polling turned out accurate for nearly every other pollster. Rasmussen is simply a right-wing partisan hack disguising himself as a pollster. He was wildly off and should be completely discredited.

Other pollsters were able to get accurate results using the same techniques... the only difference was they didnt include political bias. Rasmussen needs to be banned from any future poll aggregator sites until he can prove he is no longer a RW hack.
