But there's still the threat of another Assange/Putin data dump. That's my concern right now, and..

(9,854 posts)1. And the thing is, Trump has no way back.
He isn't going to change who he is. He has no way to gain ground. The more people hear about him, the more traction he will lose.

(9,854 posts)3. Yeah, you are talking about a Russian hacker leaked
story compared to a psychopath right here in River City. I think it would have to be a helluva leak to overcome the way he is shooting himself in the foot.

like the recent revelation that a Democratic state senator from NJ helped the DNC when they asked her to. Shocking stuff, that was.

(31,245 posts)5. You're probably right. I hadn't even heard of that most recent revelation. Hopefully, Wiki has....
been discredited to the same level as Putin, and any attempts at influencing our elections will be treated with scorn and disdain by our own media.

Long story short: The DNC asked a prominent NJ Democrat to release a statement about Chris Christie being appointed to Trump's transition team. The NJ Democrat ultimately did not release any statement as the DNC asked.

This is what they have left just one week after starting. I'm not concerned.
