I'd think what #Trump calls "political correctness" is what most people call normal decency.

This discriminatory pic needs to go viral

But having legitimate concerns about the over-policing of language and daily behaviors need not descend into Trump's naked cruelty, racism and religious hatred.

That is clearly what he means by this.

PC is just another example of the right playing victim.

I've been hearing people slam "political correctness" for some years now, as if by doing so it's then okay to insult, denigrate, and discriminate against others. It's sad that so many people don't quite understand what it's all about.

Kind of like all the women who say they're not feminists, and they don't believe in feminism. But they still think they should have the right to vote, and have equal pay for equal work, and be able to serve on juries, among other things. It's clear they don't at all understand what feminism is about.

Or what Political Correctness is about.

around the country who think this is a crime against them. While in Texas someone wrote a letter to the editor that said "these kids should be kept where our normal kids shouldn't have to look at them". One relative thinks the handicapped kids go to school only so extra money will be spent on them. Two relatives did not even want to look at or be near my daughter. Any rights of handicapped people are PC and an invasion on their rights to live in denial and/or prejudice.
