Trump says that without voter ID laws people can vote 10 times. What does that seem to imply? If you have an ID you can vote once. Then yesterday TPM ran a story about how Trump didn't think he need to GOTV. He doesn't have a campaign and doesn't seem to understand why he needs one. This is making of a complete disaster for the GOP!!!
