The one who is closest to 50% is the biggest liar(thus making it hardest to tell when they are lying). So that would be most politicians. Notice that with Trump you can just assume he's telling a lie and you'd mostly be right. with Obama and Hillary, you can assume they're telling the truth and mostly be right.
