Trump plagiarize Paul Ryan's solution for inner cities (recall Ryan's Poverty agenda-I have seen many critiques of it--> more of the same, not good, etc).
Many on panel said Trump started out with a talk on inner city crime, lack of jobs etc but offered no solution, so this women chimed in with the comment. No one disputed her. damn
