Need help sending an email

My 10 year old daughter wants to write an email to Hillary. She cares about an issue (the fact that children in Syria and around the world) are killed or used as human bombs (she saw the Syrian boy and was very upset) and asked me what Hillary Clinton is going t do about children around the world. I asked her to check the Hillary Clinton website for the policies, allowing her to do her own research. She does not see anything for children outside the US and wants to send an email to Hillary Clinton about this. I am encouraging her to do so. She is afraid though that her email will get lost in fan mail . Is there a email id that she can send emails to Hillary and someone will actually read it?

a hand written letter (with something noticeable about it) would be much better

in the meantime, research is good...the Clinton Foundation does much good for Children around the world

My daughter sent a hand written letter to President Obama and got a lovely, personalized response with a photograph. It was clear that someone read it.

I found a Hillary for America address on her website in the "write us" section. I will ask her to write a letter.
