Here's what I think the MSM will eventually do re: Donald Trump...

Obviously, financially, right now, they are fully vested in a close election. Their sponsors and viewers practically DEMAND a close election. This will keep the money flowing, and will keep the eyes peeled towards their TVs (fuck; it's working on ME! I wait with baited breath on the latest headlines and polls, looking for game changer, the next projection, the next narrative).

That being said, I feel a MAJOR pivot coming down the line.

Even the MSM (save for Fox; fuck Fox) know how dangerous this mother fucker is to our very democracy. They want to keep it "competitive" for as long as they possibly can for maximum profit. So they will artificially inflate the Donald's "acting Presidential", or his support in ANY WAY that they can for as long as they feel they safely can do so.

And then they will attempt to pivot to Hillary (again, save for Fox), knowing that we don't all want mass deportation, undermining of our military, and, I don't know... throw in WWIII for good measure, with NUKES for fun, because, hell... we HAVE them... why don't we USE them?!

The problem is, they're playing with fire...

A) We have to hope that it isn't too late, and that they don't decide to hold the match until it burns their fingers off.

B) I can't wait to see the heavy hitters on the trail for Hillary (President Obama, VP Biden, hopefully Michelle! All of our HIGH popularity Democrats that can make a difference).

C) The Debates. She will wipe the FLOOR with this fascist piece of shit; Gish Gallop be damned.

D) GET. OUT. THE. VOTE. Period. End of story.

1. Periodicly the media flirt with the Train Wreck coverage to test how it affects profit.

At a point soon, perhaps as late as after the debates, they will go all in on the Trump Train Wreck.

3. I don't think one voice is meaningless at ALL.

But in this case, the media knows and is calling our bluff. We consume media (even if from a BROAD swatch of inputs, it inevitably includes the MSM, to some varying degree). So I don't think that we influence their behavior.

However, I think that their own existence demands that Trump not win. Thus why the likes of Kristol, Negropante (!?!), and Wolfowitz (WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!!?!?!???!??#?##?#???@???!??!) are endorsing Hillary.

What does this prove?

HE IS AN EXISTENTIAL THREAT TO EVERYONE ON THE PLANET. Only the "poorly educated" (which he LOVES, LOVES, LOVES!) will ultimately vote for him, and they won't be NEARLY enough.

4. Good post grown2hate (scary name though?)

After tonight's hate fest, it's really hard to imagine the MSM will completely stay on script. There comes a point when a moral compass has to point in the right direction. Rachel was inspiring tonight with her talk of origins of immigrant racism and I felt she's reached her breaking point. Have read some great blog posts of outrage also: Josh Marshall, Dan Rather...who conveyed the genuine heartache most here are feeling...

We need to believe in good again.

6. In a shocking turn of events,

MSNBC today actually committed an act of journalism by doing a segment on illegal immigration. They interviewed the officials stationed along the Mexican border using all manner of means at their disposal and revealed how little illegal immigration exists now! One official even said that it's not just a myth that that it's a problem, it's a lie! Still, in most other ways, that network (like most others) simply reports whatever candidates say without giving context or reporting actual facts. It's no wonder that so many people deny climate change! I'm as disgusted at the MSM as I am with Trump.
