had dozens of his agents and operatives on the ground there before, during, and after the attack. And every GOP congress critter knew that within weeks. They also knew the WH wouldn't be forthcoming on a covert CIA mission in order to preserve contacts and relationships in the region, so they decided to turn it into an immediate political opportunity and pinned all blame on Sec of State.
