Voting while living abroad

I'm sure someone here can answer this. I'm currently living in Toronto, but the last tine I cast a ballot was in Florida. Can't remember if my voter registration had me living in Orlando or Tampa during the last cycle. How do I track down my voter registration info, update my address and vote while living out of the country?
