Relieving the Stress of the 2016 Election. . .

I've been following politics all my life and I have never been more stressed over the outcome than I am in 2016. Then, possibly by virtue of my latent masochism, I make it worse by reading every article on the internet I can lay my eyes on. Because I seriously need to de-stress, a few weeks ago, I decided not to read any more articles with the following names in the headlines:

Ann Coulter
Mike Huckabee
Sean Hannity
Rudolf Giuliani
Ben Carson
Paul Lepage
Bill O'Reilly
Chris Christie
Ted Cruz
Virtually anybody affiliated with Fox News

And while I would have very much loved to put Trump at the top of the list, he's far too dangerous to ignore. Of course, I still reserve right to read articles about any of these people reporting on indictments, lawsuits, public scorn, humiliation and embarrassment because those articles make me happy

Anyway, I'm pleased to report that, so far, it's been working nicely. My Ann Coulter ban alone has all ready reduced my stress levels by 23 percent in just two weeks! And best of all, self-imposed 'people' bans are narcotic-free!!!

Have I forgotten anyone? Any and all contributions to this list can be officially considered a public service
