Just to start with, the seat height...

Matt Lauer is 5'11", Trump is 6'+, the stools were made for tall people. And from there, HRC got the hard questions, was held to not attacking her opponent. Trump came out, he never stood up, and he got nerf ball questions.

So unfair! Yet Hillary stood with grace and dignity, and she answered the questions intelligently.

Yesterday, when I heard Trump's comment, I remembered Chicago Second City, from over 30 years ago.

There was a skit where a woman was looked down - don't remember the specific, may have been the military.

And she said: woman don't need a kick stand to perform and to qualify.

The audience loved it.

After that she simply leaned against the stool, while addressing Lauer. When answering questions from the audience she stood. Trump sat on his fat ass the whole time.
