Georgia Trump supporter threatened Clinton voter during Facebook argument, police say
New York Daily News
After a Georgia woman called Donald Trump a racist on Facebook, one of the GOP nominee's supporters wrote, If we ever cross paths I will kill you and your family, police said.
The Hillary Clinton voter from suburban Atlanta told police she had received a lot of feedback when she commented on a friends post, according to a Milton Police Department report obtained Tuesday by WSB-TV.
Jason Kauti responded with the threat as the July thread turned into a heated argument about the upcoming presidential election, Milton police Lt. Charles Barstow told the TV station. Officers cuffed Kauti on felony charges Aug. 26, Fulton County records showed.
Just remember that your dialogue, once you put it on Facebook, is kind of open public record, Barstow said. It may be a closed conversation. But if you step over that boundary that pushes you into violating state law, its going to be found.
No fair jumping to conclusions.
