granted, I am in a slightly more progressive area of this very red county, but I have yet to see

one trump sticker on any car (a couple of bernies, and several HRC), and only two idiots openly admitting they are for that disgusting piece of filth (well, apart from the two who left in a huff when a couple of friends and I were discussing how awful he is!!).

does give one a bit of hope.

I am worried here. Many progressives are saying they are sitting this one out in Oregon. We're a very white state and other than Portand and Eugene the state is still conservative. The polls show strong for Hillary but polls take account previous years which may not matter as much this year. I'm running worried if anything it keeps me working hard.

It would drive me crazy to live in Lamborn or Buck country. I am hoping Coffman disappears this election

A few Hillary shirts and stickers in the state capital, and far too many Drumf stickers and yard signs in the small cities and towns outside the big city, and those comical road side "Trump Shop" people in every county near the freeway, selling their crap.

There's one guy way out in the county that has multiple signs with comments on them. It looks so bizarre seeing poster board size signs with wording about liberals and Trump on them.

are told they are against free speech. we have to keep educating them that free speech means they are free to spout whatever bigoted, ignorant, hateful nonsense they want, and the rest of us are free to say they are bigoted, ignorant, hate-filled idiots. they hate that, since, in their teeeeen widdle heads, free speech is only for them.

of a pickup driven by a high school kid today. Ironically, there was a kid in the back seat (who I happen to know) whose father would be sent back to Mexico if Trump were to be elected.
