That coupled with the heat/humidity would have combined to make her feel light headed.

It sure sounds like that is what you are referring to, erroneously, as a "cerebral incident," because it was after that non-cerebral clot was discovered that she was placed on Coumadin. Maybe you should stick with commenting on things you can understand, like her hair and clothing choices. Come to think of it, maybe there isn't much point in commenting on those, either.
