Criminal Charges Sought Against Trump For Inciting A Riot In North Carolina! GOOD!

Scott Dworkin, Senior Advisor to the Democratic Coalition Against Trump, has requested a criminal investigation into Trump for inciting a riot:

I wanted to report an assault at Donald Trump’s rally in Asheville. You can see the video here of at least two protestors being slapped by at least two other people, as others stand by and encourage the attacker. As the protestors who were assaulted were being dragged out of Donald Trump’s rally, Donald Trump gives the “thumbs up” and smiles as his crowd chants “hey hey hey, goodbye.”

I believe that this is in violation of the NC General Statutes, specifically Chapter 14A Article 36A under Public Disturbance and Rioting. Specifically, I believe that Donald Trump is guilty of inciting a riot urging others to engage in violent activity under Chapter 14 Article 36A: http://www.ncga.state.nc.us/enactedlegislation/statutes/pdf/byarticle/chapter_14/article_36a.pdf.

6. Whether or not there is a prosecution, I'm very glad Dems are speaking out and stepping up.

A major complaint here, for years even, is that Democrats let the Repukes walk all over them. Well, here's a case where somebody is not taking the abuse any more. I like the precedent!

is in Washington mainly in the senate and the house and there the Democrats need to take the gloves off as they look weak compared to the Republicans as keeping them on and trying to be bipartisan has only had a negative impact on all of the elections for the Democrats.
