CNN: Do Dems need a backup candidate for Clinton?

I watched a few minutes of a discussion on CNN this morning where the CNN hosts were asking if the Democratic Party needs to choose a backup candidate for President in the event Hillary Clinton becomes incapacitated or dies.

They said they have asked the Democratic Party about this and Party Chair Donna Brazile responded “We are 100% behind Hillary Clinton as out candidate”
...
and CNN added,
“At least that’s what they’re saying in public."

No questions about replacing Trump because of his Foundation troubles or pushing Trump on his words for David Duke and the rest of the pathetic alt-right. Nope. Just news about Hillary having a common illness and common result of not obeying her doctor. The same thing happened with me when I had pneumonia the first time. I didn't listen either.
