2016 Postmortem

Anyone know?
Today is obviously a bad polling day; I want to get past this and look forward to other polls coming out in later days after things like the David Duke/Pence thing sinks in, the Newsweek story gets time to marinate, Colin Powell's comments, and hopefully Trump does something dumb.

(16 posts)Just because i am worried doesnt mean i am a troll. The thought of a trump presidency makes me want to move out of the country. Ugh

(15,951 posts)Party breakdown for the poll was 33 percent Republican, 29 percent Democrats, and 34 percent independents. Exit polling shows that Ohio's electorate in the 2012 presidential election was 38 percent Democratic, 31 percent Republican, and 31 percent independent. Like in 2012 a lot of pollsters are thinking that Democratic lack of enthusiasm will keep them at home while Republicans will swarm to the polls.

(4,602 posts)A lot of this is excitement: Trump voters got excited on 9/11. Their bias toward answering polls went up.
But make no mistake, Ohio is on a knife edge.
