(40,416 posts)Make whatever of that what you will.
Or, as Bornstien is a gastroenterologist, maybe it's the depth of his asshole.
I would almost prefer the latter. At least hearing Dr. Oz speaking of that would be good TV.
Speaking of Dr. Oz... Here's John Oliver, and Steve Buscemi tap dancing:

(41,963 posts)I wouldn't let him NEAR me. I can't imagine Trump would either, except to sign whatever bullshit Trump wrote for him.

(14,918 posts)In the previous tape, she was the one who jumped in when the reporter asked if Dr. Bornstein had actually written the letter and said "Of course he wrote it," etc., after he hesitated. He seems impaired and I wonder if his wife is running his practice at this point and just having him sign off on prescriptions, medical tests and other things. Never mind Trump for the moment, I think Dr. Bornstein should undergo an independent evaluation for the protection of his patients and the general public. I mean that in all seriousness.
anneboleyn
(5,611 posts)out of it as he appears to be in the video we have all seen. The wife's behavior is creepy.

(1,907 posts)Maybe he can get a second opinion from Dr. Quackenbush. (So you don't google it. In a Marx Brothers movie Groucho Marx used that name.)

(45,485 posts)From wiki for "A Day at the Races":
Groucho's character was originally named "Quackenbush" but was changed to "Hackenbush" over fear of lawsuits by several real Dr. Quackenbushes.

(130,908 posts)'After a whiplash-inducing morning of mixed messages, Donald J. Trump on Wednesday gave a small window into some of the results from his most recent physical examination in a taped appearance with the television celebrity Dr. Mehmet Oz.
The quick run-through of results, which Mr. Trump is said to have given to the doctor to read from a piece of paper, came after the Republican presidential nominees aides had said he would, and then that he wouldnt, broach the topic with the celebrity doctor on the Dr. Oz Show.
A person close to Mr. Trump would not discuss specifics of what he said on the syndicated show, which was taped on the West Side of Manhattan and is to be broadcast on Thursday.'>>>

(5,611 posts)What an unbelievable bunch of,liars. Once again they have created chaos so that nobody knows what the hell is actually being reported. And they will keep repeating the lie that Trump "fully disclosed" his medical history.

Strangely enough Dr. Oz classifies Trump as "slightly overweight." I had no idea he was that tall...

(14,918 posts)Harry Reid is taking flak for pointing out pretty much the same thing, and its health implications:
http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/onpolitics/2016/09/13/harry-reid-body-shames-donald-trump/90325696/
..."Reid pointed out pneumonia is curable and wondered why the media wasn't asking more questions about Trump's medical records.
"Take a look at this character that's running for president," Reid said of Trump. "He complains about her health? What does he do? He's 70-years-old. He's not slim and trim. He brags about eating fast food every day. Look at his health a little bit."...
