Allen West still loser after recount, and still won't concede

<snip>
On Friday, that impound request was denied, thrown out of court because all normal vote-counting procedures and review mechanisms are continuing to function.

But the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections Office agreed to conduct a partial recount, due to "possible irregularities" in tabulation of some of the early voting ballots. To reestablish the truth, verify the already completed vote count and clear the air once and for all, a recount of 3 days worth of early voting ballots cast in the county was done this morning, and had little impact on the overall situation.

If he doesn't concede what happens? They did a recount, he went to court ,what else is there?

6. I think the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections shouldn't have done the partial recount

It gives him an avenue to bitch and whine about not getting a full recount. Nothing in the court case said he would get any kind of recount (at least that I have heard of, correct me if I'm wrong). It looks like me they are trying to poison the well so to speak.

A concession does not determine the results of an election. Vote totals do.

Let the delusional Mr. West fade into obscurity with or without concession. It will not matter.

Let him make a bigger and bigger jackass out of himself.

Let Florida Republicans see what kind of a miserable excuse for a representative they elected, and maybe let some of them think twice before voting for such a man again. I hope West froths at the mouth in rage on camera before they come to take him away in a straitjacket.

10. "Concessions" have no legal standing. Whether he admits he lost or not is irrelevant.

The winner has been declared, the election has been certified. Screw him.

11. Next West complaint: they didn't count the "long form" ballots

They didn't count the REAL ballots, just the "certificates of alleged voting".

I figure he'll milk this for about a year, until he seals a radio deal or gets a Wingnuts Welfare book deal.

he was a "LOSER" even before the election!
The election (and partial recount) only confirmed what we already knew.
