the election, but it didn't catch on. They seemed to be convinced that if they talked about it incessantly on *every* show -- making it seem as though Obama had somehow directly caused the attack and its aftermath -- that this would be a "game-changer."

That didn't happen of course. But Fox is very stubborn, and they are convinced that they have something really meaty here. Even though the Petraeus scandal seems totally unrelated to Benghazi, they are trying extra, extra hard to draw a connection to this (they fantastize -- apparently -- that this could really add up to something -- to what I have no idea).

So far the only Dem even remotely connected via talk was Dianne Feinstein. Even that was mainly due to her position and the fact that the FBI investigation MAY NOT have reported it to the Intelligence Committee as it should have.
