By the way, Hampton Inn basically has that policy. It did when I worked there years ago, anyway.
It frustrated me sometimes when customers were clearly being deadbeats, making up excuses for not being "100% Satisfied," but I'm not sure why I cared. It was the hotel policy and seemed like a pretty obvious way to weasel out of paying. Most people didn't do that, though. A very small percentage had legitimate complaints sometimes too.
