****BREAKING**** HILLARY GETS FOUR POINT BUMP FOR EXTINGUISHING LA DEPLORABLE AT DEBATE *

Good Wednesday morning. We have a brand-new post-debate poll that confirms Hillary Clinton got a small bump over Donald Trump from her performance. Clinton is up THREE POINTS among likely voters in the POLITICO/Morning Consult poll of the four-way race for president

*It might be larger. Half of the poll was conducted before the Humbling At Hofstra

Or if you meant male "El" vs female "La" in Spanish, which I imagine he would hate hearing.

Good one!

My journalist friend just wrote me a note calling it the "Hammering at Hofstra." I do love a good alliterative insult!

every defeat must be asserted to be a win. He doubles down on every outrageous act or statement. He exaggerates all claims of wealth, quality and worth of his properties, beauty of his women, etc. He never backs down or appologizes. He always counter punches any attacks. He learned these tactics as as a young man from his mentor and lawyer, Roy Cohn.

does not have to win the nomination against other Republicans but he has to win against Hillary which means he has to have atleast a little broader appeal and the attacking he does is a turnoff to many Democratic and Democratic leaning voters.
That is why I suspect people like the Koch brothers shifted their money to keeping control of the House and Senate because they don't think he can win with that strategy in the long run.

But then, I shouldn't be astonished because there are still so many idiot deplorables who are beyond the reach of reason.

That polls that are positive for HRC seem to take FOREVER to show up on some of the aggregation sites? For example, neither RCP nor Pollster have posted this poll yet, and RCP STILL lists the last Reuters/Ipsos poll as the one that shows a tie.

There may be good reasons, but I tell ya, RCP is sure anxious to post that bogus LA Times poll every morning...
