I would say Boris, but he is essentially an idiot who does not know better. But Rudy Giuliani should know better and yet he pushed the "Hillary is sick" nonsense and now he is pushing the meme that Bill's infidelity is her fault. This is particularly egregious as he, like Trump, is a philanderer himself and like Trump, blames women for a husband's infidelity.
