another thing that will prove damaging – Pence flatly denied that both he & Trump said things they blatantly said. on video.

We can see beyond slick presentation and actually listen to real issues.
On the issues, we can see and understand Trump's strongman
approach to imprison women, mexicans, muslims and Hillary
(and many others they don't agree with). We can also know
when Pence lies to our faces (very smoothly) that he or Trump
didn't say things they both clearly said.

We can also see that Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine are good, solid,
experienced people who will be magnificent leaders.

How many times did Pence have to fall back on some rehearsed line and stare around the room with that goofy face of his?

Kaine just blew his doors off.

Pence rehearsed lines served red meat to his base, but nowhere did his message appeal to the center or the left. He was off topic over and over, having to be reminded to answer the question.

HRC-Kaine are 2 - 0.

18. Pence on Trump: "... his words don't always come out exactly the way he means them." LOL

In debate circles, that's known as flushing yourself. In this case, flushing your boss down the toilet.

"He's not a polished politician like you and Hiillary Clinton and, you know, so his words don't always come out exactly the way he means them." At 2:20:14 in the full live stream.

Just after that comes the "Mexican thing" as Pence is getting rather worn down before the closer.

Trump as pinata is pure genius. You know you want to smack some sense into the guy .... you just want to hit him over and over again with a stick anyway ...
even Pence got in a good whack .....
