First off, those chairs looked bar height - too tall for someone as short as she is to get on and off gracefully. Second, I suspect Trump is not comfortable standing that long. At the first debate he didn't seem comfortable standing for the entire ninety minutes. She was probably trying to wear him out. The expression on his face seems pained - he really looks very uncomfortable.
