He lies, and his base doesn't care. But that minority base won't give him the election.

12. The MSNBC panel was pretty idiotic

They seriously think he won?

- When the moderators asked Trump about the difference between his position on Syria and Mike Pence's, Trump said that he doesn't talk to Pence.

- Trump said that if he won he would send Clinton to jail.

- Trump kept interrupting Clinton, interrupting the moderators, and at one point said that the debate was three against one.

- Trumps answers were rambling and incoherent. When asks about what kind of justices he would put on the Supreme Court, he seemed to run out of things to say within 30 seconds and then started attacking Clinton for not funding her own campaign.

- The defense of the video about groping was "it was locker room talk." The defense against encouraging people to see Alicia Machado's sex video was "I just want people to know about her character."

etc. etc. You get the feeling the panelists had already decided that this would be Trump's comeback debate before it even began, and didn't pay much attention to what actually happened.
