Bottom line: Trump can't do anything that would cause anyone to un-repudiate him
With Repubs from Ayotte to Thune to Rice dumping Trump over the weekend, Trump's problem is that there is nothing he could say or do that will cause any of them to say "never mind, I'm back on the Trump bus". And that's a huge problem for Trump since it will be hard for him to maintain a GOTV effort if he and the down ticket repubs don't support each other.
