That's what a fellow debate party friend just said about this election.

I thought I'd post that here because it's one of those big truths.

2. Change can be for better or worse!

Yeah, I keep hearing about people wanting change. They just want change. It's time for a change.

But change is a completely neutral and therefore meaningless word. Just wanting "ANY" change just because it is a "CHANGE" is pretty stupid and reckless. I don't care how bad you think things are they can always get worse if you make the "wrong" change.

If you are lost in the woods and you just want your situation to change. And a bear charges out of the bushes and mauls your ass. Hey, guess what? You sure got a change in your situation didn't you? Yep, you got a whole big basket of change. Are you happy with that change? Probably not.

America does have serious problems. But none of them will be made better by electing Trump just because he would be a "Change". Just like the bear I mentioned earlier, he's a change in the current situation that you do not want.
