Was Trump wearing heels?

I thought I saw heels on his shoes when he walked in. Not a lot of views of their feet, but I think I saw that.

Pulling the Rubio thing? He's already fairly tall, especially compared to Clinton.

His wife in heels is almost as tall as he is and he isn't much taller than most men in the room. I think he had his "doctor" add a few inches to make his BMI look better on the Dr Oz show.

Looked a bit like the slanted heels on cowboy boots or on snazzy Italian shoes.
