I would have indicated "less favorable", but I could argue that in reality, there was no room to go lower.

If someone asked me if it changed my view of him, technically, no. I had a poor view of him before the audio and still hate him just the same. Right there, the audio didn't change my opinion. I hated him then, I hated him after the audio.

the tape only confirms and reinforces that impression, locking them in against him.

What sort of awful person thinks that a guy bragging about committing sexual assault makes them seem more favorable?

Although given that Trump is at 42% in the RCP polling average, that means 18% is about half of his support. Which means Clinton was right all along about half his supporters can get stuffed into the basket of deplorables.
