Dubya lost the popular vote and governed for eight years as if he had won 95% of the electorate.

As far as the GOP is concerned, a Democratic president is illegitimate by definition. They will obstruct her regardless of how many votes she wins.

Dubya HAD A MANDATE, and POLITICAL CAPITAL and was GOING TO SPEND IT, and the Rs were going to have a permanent republican majority.

BHO won by larger margins and, well ...

Rasmussen showed Clinton ahead by 7% (4-way race) today, but that's about 10%-11% when Rasmussen's GOP bias is taken into account.... in agreement with this poll!!
