There were tremendous obstacles in the way of voting this election cycle, and having power outages in some of the most populous blue states in the country didn't help. Couple that with massive voter confusion, and 8 hour lines at the polls, and you're definitely gonna get lower turnout. But even with all that, this president managed to get 63+ million of us out there to vote for him. Unprecedented support from his base (Latino 71%; Asian 73%; AA 93%; etc), doesn't fit the narrative that his political enemies tried to create.
