Context aside, notice the pattern.

He doesn't say anything one way or the other about the Cosby allegations, and he doesn't specifically criticize Cosby's PR or really offer any "advice".

In a nutshell, it's the same thing - "He's getting bad advice, handling it poorly, and should do it differently."

That's kind of his approach to ANYTHING.
