One reason not to vote Trump: Looks like he may be tied up in court for a while

between Trump University, the charity scam, suits for sexual harassment and investigations into his money dealings, dealings with Russia and I am guessing lawsuits brought by small businesses for non-payment kind looks like there is not a lot of time for presidenting.

the thing is, one reason he wants to be president is to shut down all those legal proceedings Fast Walker 52 Oct 2016 #1
can he do that? rurallib Oct 2016 #2
I'm sure he thinks he can... and the president has a lot of power Fast Walker 52 Oct 2016 #3

you know he would do it. He's is dangerously self-serving.

And there's no doubt that he would act unconstitutionally... especially since he doesn't know the constitution, and his people don't either.

The president is not subject to lawsuits I believe. Those are put on hold unless they are impeached by congress first.

before Ken Starr and Paula Jones and the Inquisition against President Clinton.

As I recall, the US Supreme Court, with its conservative majority, ruled that Clinton had to defend himself in court even while serving as president, Hence the perjury trap Starr laid out for him, hence the impeachment.

If Trump wins (and god it scares me shitless even to write those words) the GOP may find their vendetta against the Clintons coming back to bite them in the ass.
