1. Depends on various statutes of limitations.

Many of the occurrences we're hearing about now happened some years ago and it would be too late to charge him with anything.

And I think going after him in a civil case would be very expensive with zero likely payout. If there was a conviction, they would have to take satisfaction from that, alone.

He doesn't have to tell stories of his studliness, as he & Ailes and Bannon chat over cocktails. They share details & names of the women who "bowed down" to them.
Its a boys club and it's a riot, especially since all their conquests are coming out with verification of the stories they've been telling in private.
