When will Hope Hicks and others in the Trump's camp save some dignity and resign from the campaign?

Being associated with the Trump campaign is a major stain on their record. Day after day he sends Hicks out there to deny the allegations. At some point she needs to ask herself if it's not the accusers that are lying.

She knew what Trump was about all along. Why is this going to matter to her? But she is the one personally issuing denials now.

But Pence is the worst of the lots...She may have a contractual obligation to stick around, Pence doesn't.
