n what Howard Feinman calls "his scariest scripted speech yet," yesterday reality show star-turned-Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump blamed a vast left wing conspiracy of international bankers, Jews, the media, and evil "globalists" for a week of historically-bad press. "They knew they would throw every lie they could at me," he told a crowd in West Palm Beach, Florida. "They knew they would stop at nothing."

Trump read his speech on "global special interests" from a teleprompter, but Republican pollster and Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway clearly didn't write it. Rather, his vow to "take all the slings and arrows gladly" to preserve "our great civilization" is clearly the work of ‘campaign CEO' Steve Bannon, currently on leave from his position as CEO of Breitbart News.
