"Here’s Why We Can’t Relax For The Rest Of This Election"

"Three weeks to go. It would be great if Donald Trump’s escalating weirdness gave Hillary Clinton a lock on the race. But we’re not there yet.

Large numbers of voters still don’t like either candidate. The polls do show a small, steady movement to Clinton. But depending on which poll you believe, the campaign seems to be about a six or seven point race. And in some key states like Ohio and New Hampshire, it’s a lot closer — too close for comfort.

Nate Silver, noticing that the race has actually tightened a bit in New Hampshire since the disclosures of the Trump tapes, pointed out that New Hampshire has lots of swing voters, who haven’t made their minds up yet."......

But accusing people of being lazy seems like an unmotivating way to get them excited.

In no way was that my intention, having seen what happened in the U.K. this year I am concerned that some here may be celebrating too soon. I am not saying do not but champagne on ice just lets not open the bottles yet.

We need to work our butts off for Hillary.

We can celebrate the victory after the last ballot is counted but even then we can't rest because once we've won we've got a duty to the American People to get to work doing what they sent us there to do.

While there are a number of very questionable opinions in that piece, the title itself seems to be the most questionable. It seems the party is extremely united and fighting on every front. The voters are clearly breaking in one direction and showing enthusiasm while doing so. We also haven't seen unity after a primary like this past one in a long time.

Still has Hillary up an average of 7 in NH.
He wrote an article about looking to NH if Cheeto mounted a comeback. Wasn't Michelle's speech in New Hampshire? I don't think Hillarys team is taking anything for granted.

Some people just want to feel like they're voting for a winner and have not studied the issues or looked into either candidate. You can help them make the right choice by showing them how much you love Hillary-Kaine and dems. Just need a couple more voters per precinct and states will go blue.
