Could anyone with knowledge of polling explain where "41% think election will be rigged" comes from?

I have tried looking through this Politico poll, but I don't see anywhere that shows the "41%" figure getting so much headline exposure. Is it buried somewhere? What page of the data is it found on? The only "41%" I see is in data exclusively about Democrats on a different subject.

I feel like the figure is manufactured, either as an outright lie or the combination of two answers that really shouldn't be combined. If I'm wrong, please let me know, but this just stinks like typical Politico shit-stirring, IMO.

3. There is a portion of the public

who think everything is rigged, especially government. It is their way of explaining why they aren't successful enough, happy enough, important enough. They believe that their problems would be solved if there were no blacks, Jews, Latinos, etc. They do not take personal responsibility for their own decisions. These folks have been around a long time and Trump tapped into their gnawing dissatisfaction. They may be 41% or 35 % but they are there and they will be there after Trump.

4. 41% does seem to be in line with trumps base

and he's the one out there saying it's all rigged and we know they take anything this clown says as the gospel, so it doesn't really surprise me.

40% of the people will always think it's rigged if a republican doesn't win and they don't get their way.

It seems to be a headline with no basis in the polling data used to justify it.

They might as well just write, "Losing side sees loss coming, begins crying early."

7. Total BS, the fraud is not at the precincts, there is fraud in purging voter registeration by the

GOP, voter suppression by the GOP and the list goes on. I have worked in a precinct and will be working in the GE, Trump is going to lose because of the campaign he has run, he is unfit and not qualified and he has insulted too many people. There are several checks performed when voting, stuffing the ballot box, no Trump, check with your office in NC where there was completed ballots and find how they was able to do this.
